核领域的专业期刊介绍(I:国外部分)

引言

        国外涉核的期刊还真不少,核能(堆设计(又包含程序、算法等)、堆实验、热工水力、燃料循环、环境影响等)、核技术(加速器、粒子探测等)、核医学等等。医学、核政策等方面的我确实不了解,在本篇日志中就不介绍了,与这么大的主题不符,属个人能力限制,还请理解。按照期刊的主题来分类其实是最理想的方式,但是有很多期刊的范围是整个核领域的,范围太宽泛,不便于分类,因此,本文想采取按照期刊的出版单位来编排。还是那句话,本文涉及的期刊仅仅是作为我个人在阅读文献时的一些总结,只是一些我阅读范围内的主流期刊;或者是我查找资料接触到的专业期刊,这就不可避免还有很多好的期刊没包括,因此欢迎讨论补充。
        【补充说明】:学科之间总是交叉的,核涉及的领域太宽泛:核能属能源大类,某些主题完全可以投该大类的期刊;核物理属物理大类,PRL等physics review系列也都可以投,做得好,Nature和Science也不是问题;核医学属于医学,医学大类的理论上也是可以的;核探测,可以投高能物理,加速器的,天体方面的,仪器方面的又可以投仪器测控类等等;热工水力方向的又可以投热学和流体类的,能源大类的也可以……
即使在JCR在核科学与技术这一范围归类时,你仍然会看到有一些你可能未曾见过的期刊:

======Elsevier======

Elsevier应该是规模最大的科技期刊出版商了,它里面就包含了很多核领域相关的期刊,本文尝试从范围大的介绍起,实际上这些类别都可以在其主页介绍上看到。像核材料(Journal of Nuclear Materials)的主页,还特意有投稿的类别建议。

【1】Annals of Nuclear Energy

期刊涉及的范围非常广,涉核的都可以投。投稿到送审很快,得到返修意见的速度也还可以,如果催一催编辑会更快点,总的来说不错,中国人每年会在上面发很多文章。关键是无版面费。【投稿过,比较快,投稿到见刊6个月】

【2】Progress in Nuclear Energy

从题目就知晓涉及范围是核能的各个方向。但要注意:
1) PNE seeks high quality research papers which are medium to long in length. Short research papers should be submitted to the journal Annals in Nuclear Energy.
2) PNE reserves the right to reject papers which are based solely on routine application of computer codes used to produce reactor designs or explain existing reactor phenomena. Such papers, although worthy, are best left as laboratory reports whereas Progress in Nuclear Energy seeks papers of originality, which are archival in nature, in the fields of mathematical and experimental nuclear technology, including fission, fusion (blanket physics, radiation damage), safety, materials aspects, economics, etc.

这个期刊在业内知道的人恐怕不多,不过话说回来,涉及核能的当然也涉及能源这一大类了,就像假如你做核能相关的热工水力,照样投热工相关的期刊一样。我当时是有一篇文章,想投篇影响因子高一点的期刊,但是核能领域还真没有像材料或者化学、生物那样的高影响因子(10及其上)期刊,因此找到了这个有4左右的能源类期刊,关键是确实在这上面找到了几篇核能相关的文章,虽然有几篇是通过会议接收的,但总的来说还是可以试水的。

对于与核工程相关和材料相关,但不属于上述范围的文章,其还做了投稿建议。

【13】Nuclear Data Sheets

期刊主页:http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/journal/00903752。这个期刊的影响因子还是蛮高的,3左右,光从影响因子看,在核领域算非常靠前的了。硕士导师中过一篇,不过是参加会议接收的,这个领域有一个非常著名的会议,每三年开一次,叫International Conference on. Nuclear Data for Science and Technology,2013年在美国开的,美国主办单位的“势力”大,接收的文章就全往这期刊上发表了。

Nuclear Structure Data: Evaluated nuclear structure data for A>20. (Data for A<21 are also contained in ENSDF but published elsewhere.) The evaluations include the best experimental results for various radioactive decays and nuclear reaction studies. The adopted nuclear properties include the following:

IOP即英国物理学会,IOP science下有一些核专业期刊,除去那些中国的(上一篇已介绍,有中国物理快报,中国物理B和中国物理C),还有下面这几个。

【1】Nuclear Fusion

该期刊在核能领域的影响因子算很高的了,近年一直在3以上,也是聚变领域最好的期刊。本人投稿过一篇,审稿速度一般,投稿到见刊大概7个月,主要是版面费很贵,150美元一页……当然,能中还是很高兴的。

这一块的信息是由一些微信朋友推荐的。这篇文章曾由一个微信公众号("核能研究展望NPRV")转发过,该微信号致力于聚焦全球核能研究前沿,时长会推荐一些很有深度的文章,推荐关注。上面这几个期刊主要是热工方面的,我个人不太了解这方面的期刊,因此不清楚这些方向的成果主要发表在哪些期刊上。而一些做热工相关的同行,他们会发表他们的成果在这些期刊上,因此对他们来说是很主流的期刊而因此很熟悉吧。

综合看来,国外部分的英文核领域期刊很多,上面列出来的共有60余个,还不包括高能部分和其他一些方向。实际上,按照the 2015 Thomson Reuters Journal Citation Report/Science Edition in category Nuclear Science & Technology部分来分是32个期刊(见图1)。但这个名单里明显没有包含其他很多好的、主流的期刊。

当然,一般来说,期刊投稿都是选择自己这个方向的主要期刊,这里列举这么多期刊主要是想让本领域的一些新人对专业期刊有一个认识。本文介绍的很多期刊都没有介绍,只附了链接,主要是想做一个列表形式的介绍,希望能得到广大同行的投稿心得或者意见的反馈,丰富和完善核领域的专业期刊介绍,为新进这个领域的年轻人指路。
